Andrew Kidman has spent his lifetime creating films & records from his home in Uki, via Byron Bay. 2009′s Last Hope saw him collaborate with filmmakers & musicians, depicting the ocean with their songs & short films & Kidman’s band The Windy Hills travelled the world with the film creating a live score. The band has just finished work on a new record, Friend From Another Star, combining acoustics, Americana, folk & rock in a fluid mix of  songs, not refferential to but certainly vibing the ocean. Released Jan 28,  iTunes will feature 2 exclusive tracks with the album – a digital only release.
